Impressive Glass Structures by Salinox
Private Residence, Ekali
As part of the renovation of a residence in Ekali, Salinox had the pleasure of collaborating with the construction company Q-Project, contributing to the enhancement of the space with its specialized glass structures. With expertise and attention to detail, we installed an impressive fixed double-pitched glass roof and a roof skylight, offering high-quality and durable solutions.
Fixed Double-Pitched Glass Roof – Natural Light & Modern Design
As part of the project, a 6×6-meter fixed double-pitched glass roof was installed, elevating both the aesthetics and functionality of the space by maximizing the entry of natural light. This structure includes:
- Double energy-efficient glazing, ensuring thermal and sound insulation while improving the building’s energy performance.
- Aluminum frame with thermal break, enhancing durability and reducing thermal losses, maintaining an optimal indoor temperature throughout the year.
- Electric exterior shading systems, providing effective sun protection, improving temperature regulation, and enhancing comfort within the space.
This glass roof seamlessly blends transparency with practicality, creating a space bathed in natural light while offering excellent energy efficiency. Its construction guarantees long-term resistance to weather conditions, making it the ideal choice for any modern residence seeking harmony between architecture and functionality.
Skyframe Skylight – The Ideal Access to the Roof Terrace
To enhance the functionality of the space, we installed a Skyframe skylight, placed at the top of the staircase leading to the roof terrace. It is a manual roof window, featuring:
- Aluminum profile, ensuring durability and a modern aesthetic.
- Double energy-efficient glazing, providing thermal insulation and protection from external conditions.
- Easy opening and operation as a hatch, allowing comfortable and safe access to the roof terrace.
The addition of the skylight not only offers natural ventilation but also serves as a practical access point, improving the everyday use of the home.
