This project involved enclosing a balcony in a luxurious private residence in Kifisia using the advanced S-GR sliding glass roof. The primary challenge of the project was the irregular shape of the balcony. The balcony measured 15 meters in length, with its width starting at 5 meters and gradually narrowing. The need for a roof slope, essential for proper water drainage, introduced height differences in the traverses. Adapting to these height differences required precise calculations and custom design to maintain the system’s functionality without compromising the structure’s aesthetics and stability.

It features movable sections that slide and park beneath the fixed panels, offering flexibility and ease of use.
