Innovative Design and Technical Precision in a Luxurious Interior Space
As part of a challenging project for the ultra-luxurious Costa Navarino resort, we undertook the design and installation of a fixed glass roof in a unique interior space. This project presented distinctive challenges that required precise measurements, specialized technical expertise, and innovative solutions.
A Unique Architectural Challenge
Unlike conventional glass structures, the glass panels of the roof had an irregular shape, deviating from typical rectangular forms. This uniqueness created significant challenges during the measurement process, as each panel required exact calculations to ensure flawless implementation.
Additionally, the panels were of impressive dimensions, reaching up to 2.6m x 2.6m, which made their installation particularly challenging due to their size and weight.
High-Performance Glass for Comfort and Safety
The glass panels used were double-glazed, energy-efficient, and safety-rated, ensuring thermal insulation, durability, and maximum safety. To enhance the functionality of the space, a digital dot-pattern was applied to the surface of the glass, providing effective shading while maintaining aesthetic elegance.
