LUX&EASY – Athens Downtown Apartments
At the new hotel LUX&EASY – Athens Downtown Apartments, Salinox undertook the construction and installation of glass structures, providing modern, functional, and aesthetically superior solutions for the 135 rooms, the entrance, and the rooftop of the hotel.
Shower Enclosures – SLIM FRAME & SH 56/45
For the shower enclosures in the rooms, Salinox offered two different systems, depending on the needs of each space. In rooms that required hinged shower doors, the SLIM FRAME system was used, which combines aluminum profiles and 8mm glass, ensuring safety and a modern look. For rooms with different space requirements, the SH 56/45 sliding shower enclosures were selected. These enclosures feature 10mm glass and provide excellent watertightness and easy movement. Their design allows for easy access by releasing half of the surface, offering additional comfort to users.
Glass Interior Doors – SLIM FRAME
For the bathrooms of the rooms, the SLIME FRAME system was selected for the glass entrance doors, offering an exceptional solution that combines functionality, aesthetics, and modern design.
Each door is constructed with 10mm securite glass, onto which a sandblasted pattern is applied. This technique not only provides a modern and elegant appearance but also ensures the necessary privacy for users. Each door is equipped with a towel rack, which is mounted directly on the glass, offering ergonomic functionality without affecting the overall bathroom decor.
Additionally, the aluminum profiles, as well as all the components (hinges, handles, towel racks), were coated with electrostatic black paint, providing a sleek appearance that perfectly harmonizes with the overall aesthetic of the space.
Glass Folding Doors F4 – Rooftop
On the rooftop of the hotel, F4 glass folding doors were installed (a total of 75 panels), ideal for large openings and providing exceptional insulation and security. The system operates with a parking mechanism, allowing the panels to slide and park in a remote space, saving valuable space and offering freedom of movement for the user. The doors feature double energy-efficient glass (35mm thick), ensuring excellent thermal and sound insulation performance. Additionally, the floor-guideless operation provides comfort without creating obstacles, further enhancing the user experience.
Automatic Entrance Door – Zeno Slim
First impressions are particularly important in a hotel, as they set the stage for the guest’s overall experience. For the entrance of the LUX&EASY – Athens Downtown Apartments, the Zeno Slim automatic door was selected, offering a modern solution that combines elegance and functionality. Equipped with a photocell and motion sensor, this door ensures easy and secure access for guests, allowing smooth and quick passage, even during periods of high traffic.
The use of double glazing provides excellent thermal and sound insulation, ensuring maximum comfort and tranquility inside the hotel. This technology also guarantees durability and security, while enhancing the sense of luxury and quality from the very moment the guest enters the premises.
