Introducing the Glass Implantation Chamber, crafted from robust aluminum profile measuring 130x54mm, alloy EN AW 6060-T66, ensuring durability and structural integrity. This chamber, designed for embedding in concrete, boasts a utilitarian space of 124x36mm, capable of accommodating safety glass or laminated glass up to 26mm thick.
The profile features integrated special hooks along its edges, serving as anchoring points for concrete integration while also facilitating alignment and connection of components. A removable lid at the top enables easy assembly and alignment during the canning process, ensuring the chamber remains intact while mortar is poured into the formwork. This feature simplifies alignment and leveling procedures, enhancing installation efficiency.
The chamber’s design prioritizes ease of use and maintenance. Glass panels are secured within the chamber using rubber gaskets and elastomeric resin, ensuring stability and facilitating easy removal in case of breakage. Moreover, these materials exhibit excellent performance in accommodating temperature fluctuations, ensuring consistent functionality in varying environmental conditions.
For added convenience, the Glass Implantation Chamber is available in 6-meter rods, allowing for seamless integration through special interconnecting components applied to the hooks. These components enable straightforward assembly, facilitating connections in both straight lines and at angles, ensuring adaptability to diverse architectural requirements.
