The RW80 retractable glass window offers maximum functionality and ergonomics, combining smooth surfaces and minimalist design. It consists of a mobile frame and one or two fixed ones. When the system is in operation the movable frame is dragged and stored behind the fixed one, thus bypassing the need for additional storage space. Ideal for shop fronts, works quickly and easily, protects the space from heat or cold, wind and noise. Tailored to the exact needs of each individual project, its design maximizes the glass surface without using a frame. The movement is achieved either with an electric motor, or manually, with counterweights inside the guides and wire ropes.
A broad range of applications is possible, in professional spaces (restaurants, cafeterias, cantinas), as well as in residential spaces. Ideal for the perimetrical enclosure of shops or residential gardens. When open, if the fixed pane is placed at the bottom end of the device, a glass parapet is created; respectively, when the fixed pane is place at the top, it can be used as an opening separator on countertops (e.g. between kitchen and the eating area of a restaurant or a living room in a house).
