It is with great pleasure that we present our latest project at Lalibay Resort & Spa, one of the premier luxury destinations on the lush island of Aegina. Our intervention focuses on the installation of advanced glass systems that blend functionality, high aesthetics, and technological excellence. From the very first moment guests set eyes on the space, a unique environment is revealed—one in which the natural beauty of the region harmonizes seamlessly with contemporary design. Our goal was to elevate the hospitality experience by adding elements that embody luxury and comfort while integrating cutting-edge technologies to make every stay truly unforgettable.
Folding Doors with Double Glazing
At the core of our project lie the innovative F4 folding doors by Salinox, offering an uninterrupted visual pathway to the mesmerizing Saronic Gulf. By utilizing high-quality double-glazed panels encased in robust aluminum profiles, we achieved exceptional thermal insulation, weather resistance, and a remarkable sense of spaciousness. The intelligent design of the vertical profiles, featuring male and female sections, along with the specialized synthetic brushes on the horizontal profiles, ensures complete sealing and flawless operation. In this way, the guest experience is elevated through a design solution that strikes the perfect balance between refined aesthetics and functional excellence.
Comfort and Ergonomics
In an environment where luxury must also be practical, we ensured that each folding door is equipped with a locking system positioned at an ergonomically designed height. This allows users to operate the doors effortlessly, enjoying ease of movement without unnecessary strain. The addition of a ceiling mechanism enables each panel to function as a hinged or pivoting door, providing multiple passage options. Furthermore, the possibility of choosing between single or double-panel configurations, along with the optional integration of a return mechanism, creates a versatile and adaptable system that fully meets the operational demands of a modern, high-standard establishment.
Zeno Slim Automatic Door at the Reception
In the key area of the reception—the very first space guests encounter—we installed the Zeno Slim automatic door, significantly enhancing the welcome experience. The automated system, combined with high-security sensors and cutting-edge technology, ensures silent, smooth, and swift passage. Digital remote control provides immediacy and flexibility, while the door’s minimalist, elegant design blends seamlessly with the overall aesthetics of the area. Thus, entry is no longer a mere formality, but a distinctive moment reflecting Lalibay Resort & Spa’s philosophy of top-tier hospitality: functional, impressive, and deeply respectful of guests’ comfort.
