Modern glazing systems at Skylark, Aluma Hotels & Resorts – Athens

Salinox recently completed another demanding hospitality project at Skylark, part of Aluma Hotels & Resorts, in the center of Athens. The project was carried out in collaboration with Kamchis Shading Systems, aiming to create a flexible and contemporary space that adapts to the venue’s needs throughout the year.

RW90 electric glass guillotines in the bar area

In the bar area, the RW90 electric glass guillotine system was installed, offering an impressive yet highly practical solution.
The system consists of three glass panels:

the upper panel is fixed,
while the two lower panels move vertically and open electrically at the touch of a button.

This solution allows for a quick transition from a closed to an open space, enhancing the operation of the bar and the overall guest experience, without compromising safety or aesthetics.

SD-18 overlapping sliding windows

In the perimeter area, SD-18 overlapping sliding windows were installed, a system that offers maximum transparency, smooth operation, and space efficiency.
The panels move on two-, three-, or four-track guides, allowing flexible opening configurations depending on the needs of the space and weather conditions.
The clean aesthetic of the SD-18 system enhances the hotel’s contemporary architectural identity, while ensuring functionality and durability for intensive daily use.

A project combining design and adaptability
